Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled event may be eligible to reschedule. Cancellations made on the day of the event will be accepted up to 3 hours prior to the event start time and may be eligible to reschedule. Cancellations made once the equipment is in route will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made once the equipment arrives to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit as well as the hourly rate charge of 1 hour for each attraction. Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit (per attraction), plus mileage fee (if any) is required at the time of booking. Weather: In the event of inclement weather that makes it unsafe to operate the attractions, we will work with you to reschedule your event. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit remains non-refundable but can be used as credit toward a future booking within 12 months.
